We offer different varieties of canned Tuna Steaks and Chunks in Brine, Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil or Spring Water.

 

Our Tuna is cooked in steam and cooled. Skin, Blood meat and Bones are removed, and the cleaned loins are cut into transverse segments which are placed inside a can, packing medium added, and the cans are hermetically sealed. Sealed cans are commercially sterilized.
